Caddo Sheriff’s detectives arrested a Shreveport man for aggravated incest, said Sheriff Steve Prator.
Joe Nell Gilmer Sr., 54, of the 5600 block of Albany Road, was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on Friday. His bond was set at $250,000. Detectives say the activity which led to Gilmer’s arrest occurred in 2010.
