Caddo sheriff's deputies seized over two pounds of cocaine Tuesday onboard a passenger bus making a stop in Shreveport, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.
Deputies were conducting a drug interdiction operation on a Greyhound bus traveling from Dallas to Atlanta. During a search of the bus interior, K-9 Rocco alerted to an area behind a bathroom trash can. Rocco's handler, Sgt. Gary Bailey, searched the area and discovered 1 1/2 bricks of cocaine valued at $109,080.
Deputies interviewed the passengers but could not determine who was responsible for hiding the drugs. The cocaine was seized by the Sheriff's Office, but no arrests were made. Go Back
