Caddo Sheriff's deputies arrested a 17-year-old Shreveport teen for multiple counts of aggravated rape, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.
Stephen Ray Williams, of the 6000 block of Margaret Drive in north Shreveport, was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on Friday following an investigation by sheriff's Detective Jackie Winston. Bond was set at $200,276 on each count.
Williams is accused of illegal behavior with three juveniles on separate occasions dating back to 2010. The incidents occurred on different dates and at different places.
Also arrested were Williams' father, James Ray Williams, 39, and his step-mother, Stacy Williams, 32. Both were booked into CCC for cruelty to a juvenile. Winston said both had knowledge of the prior incidents involving Stephen Williams but failed to report them to authorities. Go Back
