Caddo sheriff's detectives arrested a Shreveport man in connection with a series of break-ins at a local business, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.
Fredrick James Wells, 46, of the 500 block of Williams Road, was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for burglary and illegal possession of stolen things over $1500.
The victim, Strongs Backhoe on Linwood Avenue, reported several after-hours burglaries at their business over the past few months. An investigation by Sheriff's Detective Terry Richardson revealed Wellspawned a welding machine and other items stolen during one of the break-ins and later was caught on video at the business during another of the burglaries.
