A sobriety checkpoint in north Caddo Parish over the Labor Day holiday resulted in six arrests on alcohol and drug-related violations, said Sheriff Steve Prator.
Those who received citations or were booked into Caddo Correctional Center were:
>Cameron Strickland, Benton, DWI and open container;
>Donald Terry, Bossier City, DWI;
>George Bueal, Irving, Texas, DWI;
>Dexter Walker, Oil City, open container;
>Lenthell Butler, Belcher, possession of schedule I (Ecstasy); and
>Anthony Rosati, Shreveport, possession of marijuana, open container.
The checkpoint was conducted by Caddo deputies and reserve deputies. It was funded by a grant from the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission. Go Back
