A Shreveport man was arrested by Caddo deputies over the weekend for taking rock from a gas well site and using it to pave his driveway.

James Paul Tyler, 57, of 12531 Hwy. 1 South, is accused of taking three loads of rock from the Questar well site, which is located on his property. The drilling company manager said Tyler had been asked twice before not to take the rocks.

Tyler was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for theft.
