The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office is hosting a Pumpkin Decorating Contest and inviting families to visit our Pumpkin Patch at Sheriff’s Safety Town on Saturday, October 4, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Families are welcome to stop by and paint a pumpkin to celebrate the arrival of fall, as well as view the pumpkins that others have painted for the contest.

The public is also invited to visit Sheriff’s Safety Town, located at 8910 Jewella Avenue in Shreveport, from October 6 to October 15, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, to vote for their favorite pumpkins. Please note that voting will not be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Winners will be announced on October 16.
