Update: Wright was found outside a residence on the 500 block of Jenkins Road and is now in custody.

At approximately 8 p.m. today, Caddo Sheriff patrol deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at 542 Jenkins Rd. Upon their arrival, deputies heard gunshots. Caddo Sheriff's Special Response Team was soon dispatched and made it on scene to help clear the area with deputies. 

Caddo deputies are currently searching for the male suspect, who is believed to be in the vicinity of North Shreve Baptist Church.

The suspect has been identified as John Wayne Wright Jr, age 46, white male, who is approximately 5'6" tall and possibly carrying a weapon. Wright was last seen wearing a black tank top and tan pants. If you see him, please call 911 immediately and do not approach.
