In the afternoon, a little after 2 pm today, Caddo Parish Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to 6000 Block of Double A Drive, Shreveport, LA, after an individual called 911 about a possible homicide.

When the deputies arrived at the residence, they found the suspect, Conner Lyons, 19, on the rear steps of the home. 

Caddo deputies cleared the residence for officer safety and located a deceased female.

Lyons was transported and booked into Caddo Correctional Center and charged with Second Degree Murder. 

This investigation is still on going.
