A Shreveport man has been arrested by Caddo Sheriff’s detectives for sexually assaulting a juvenile, according to Sheriff Henry Whitehorn Sr.

The investigation was conducted by Sheriff’s Juvenile Detective Roosevelt Tadlock, who obtained a warrant for MacGregor Kyle Baird, 54. It was determined that Baird engaged in illegal sexual behavior with a child he knew over an extended period.

Baird turned himself in at the Caddo Correctional Center under the warrant and was booked on charges of first-degree rape, sexual battery, and indecent behavior with juveniles. A bond has not been set at this time.
