On February 7, Caddo Sheriff Henry Whitehorn Sr. swore in 14 new deputies for the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office.

The newly appointed deputies are as follows:

***Patrol:***
- Jeremiah Carroll
- Carlos Ratliff

***Corrections:***
- Marquadis Allen
- Rashida Clay
- Shirley Wilson
- Jhatarra Williams
- Shonteria Clark
- Asia Walter

***Administration:***
- Cetera Thompson
- Shomniqiue Fluellen
- Vernita Williams
- Norma Whitaker (part-time)

***Part-Time Courthouse Security:***
- Dallas Lias
- Jumarca Broadway

The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office is currently seeking new personnel. Applicants who are 21 years or older can apply for various positions, including corrections deputies/security, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, building and groundskeepers, telecommunications officers, and part-time courthouse security.
