S.T.E.A.M. in Law Enforcement Day Camp for Kids on February 14

The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office is hosting the Intro to S.T.E.A.M. in Law Enforcement Day Camp, which will offer children ages 7 to 9 a hands-on opportunity to discover how Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.) are applied in law enforcement.

 

The camp will take place on Friday, February 14, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Sheriff’s Safety Town, located at 8910 Jewella Ave, Shreveport, LA 71118.

 

This one-day camp provides engaging, interactive activities and demonstrations in fingerprinting, cybercrime investigations, drone technology, media and interview techniques, and crime scene reconstruction.
