Caddo Sheriff Henry Whitehorn, Sr. announced the promotion of 16 employees during a ceremony held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 13, at 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, LA, in the Council Chamber on the first floor.

The following promotions were made:

- ***Lieutenants in Patrol***: Christopher Woods, Jessica Benvage, and Tamara Kendrick.
- ***Sergeants in Patrol***: Matthew Fizzell, Ray Saunders, Justin Sundquist, and Brian Johnson.
- ***Sergeant in Detectives***: Demetrice Adams-Ellis.
- ***Sergeant in Probation***: Dennis Williams.
- ***Lieutenants in Detention***: Parker Crockett and Tamika Brewer.
- ***Sergeants in Detention***: Alisha House, A'Breenna Williams, and Brian Riley.
- ***Lieutenant in Training***: Lisa Jones.
- ***Lieutenant in Narcotics***: John Witham, Jr.
