Starting January 10, 2025, Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office deputies will receive a 4% pay increase. 

This raise, approved by Sheriff Henry Whitehorn Sr. on Tuesday, applies to all operations and detention bureau deputies.

Sheriff Whitehorn stated, "We recognize the hard work our deputies put in daily. This pay raise reflects our appreciation for their vital role in ensuring the safety of the citizens of Caddo Parish. Our deputies face risks every day, and they deserve not only this increase in pay but also our heartfelt gratitude for their dedicated service."

Sheriff Whitehorn states that salary increases are made possible by rolling forward property taxes effective in January.
