Sheriff Henry Whitehorn Sr. announced that an ongoing investigation revealed Justin Harvey engaged in inappropriate contact with an inmate while serving in his role at the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office. Harvey has been employed with the department since October 2021.

Harvey was charged with one count of sexual battery and one count of malfeasance in office. Subsequently, he was booked into the Caddo Correctional Facility on the aforementioned charges.
