Deputies from the Caddo Sheriff’s Office are assisting the Greenwood Police Department with the investigation of a major crash that occurred on Interstate 20 eastbound, in front of the Louisiana Tourist Center. The accident happened just after 10 AM this morning, and eastbound traffic is currently reduced to one lane.
