Caddo Sheriff's detectives have arrested a man and a woman from Shreveport for multiple sex crimes involving juveniles, said Sheriff Henry Whitehorn Sr.

October 3rd, Detective Thomas Lites arrested Breanica Smith, 33, and Spencer Milliage, 34, after allegations against them were reported to the Sheriff’s Office.

The two victims underwent a forensic interview. After the interviews, Smith was charged with indecent behavior with juveniles, pornography involving juveniles, molestation of a juvenile, and sexual battery. Milliage was charged with pornography involving juveniles, 5 counts of sexual abuse of an animal, and 2 counts of production of pornography involving juveniles.

More charges are expected as forensic analysis continues on the devices seized during the searches of their residences. It should be noted that Breanica Smith was employed at a daycare and oversaw infant care.
