Blanchard resident arrested after multiple counts of attempted murder
Caddo Sheriff's Deputies arrested a Blanchard resident for multiple counts of attempted murder.
On August 3, Caddo Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to 7259 Dixie Blanchard Road to assist the Blanchard Police Department with a welfare concern. A woman reported that her boyfriend, Christopher Lee (32), went into the woods beside their house with a gun and fired a shot. When the deputies arrived, the Caddo Sheriff's Drone unit searched for Lee. Lee fired multiple shots at the drone and deputies.
Lee then attempted to re-enter his home to reload his firearm but could not due to deputies proactively securing the inside of the house to protect the girlfriend from harm. No longer having a loaded firearm, Lee charged the officers and deputies with a metal chair when he was tased and placed into custody.
