Caddo Sheriff announces promotions and recognition
Caddo Sheriff Jay Long recognized several deputies today during a ceremony honoring them for their promotions and years of service.
Tiffiney Brown, a 27-year deputy, was promoted to sergeant in Corrections. Brown has administrative and security experience, is P.O.S.T certified, and worked in the Property Division before moving to Classifications.
Frank Edmondson, a 27-year deputy, was promoted to sergeant in Internal Affairs. Edmondson has worked in Corrections, Patrol, Marine, and Criminal Investigations.
Luke Randall, a five-year P.O.S.T certified security deputy in Corrections, was promoted to sergeant.
Employees recognized for their years of service with the Sheriff's Office were: Matthew Johnson, Kimberly Lincoln, 5 years; Lisa Davis, LaQuita Chambers, Donnie Edwards, Randy Leone, Linda Olaque, Theressa Ruffin, Jacinda White, 10 years; Keeuna Lucas, 15 years; Jared Marshall, Trellus McCain, 20 years; and James Rambo, 25 years.
