A Shreveport man was arrested for being in possession of pornography involving juveniles, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

On October 25, Sheriff’s Detective Thomas Lites arrested Arthur Halley, Jr., 49, with assistance from the Caddo Sheriff’s Warrants Division and US Marshal’s Office.

During the investigation, it was discovered that Halley downloaded and possessed pornography involving juveniles. 

Halley was arrested and booked into Caddo Correctional Center for 11 counts of Pornography Involving Juveniles and Possession of Schedule I and II narcotics.
