Grimmet Drive is partially closed as deputies investigate a crash that happened on Friday afternoon, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

According to preliminary investigation, a GMC pickup truck traveling west failed to stop at a stop sign and crashed into the passenger side of a Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office patrol car. The deputy, as well as the driver and passenger of the pickup were transported to the hospital.

Grimmet Drive remains closed from Hearne Avenue to Freestate Blvd. as deputies wait for tow trucks to clear the scene.
