Caddo detectives arrested a Shreveport man who molested and had sex with a child on two separate occasions, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

An investigation by Caddo Parish Sheriff's Youth Services Detective Ray Saunders revealed Jorge Gomez-Vasquez, 29, molested a juvenile in 2019 and had sexual intercourse with a juvenile in 2022. Gomez-Vasquez was booked into Caddo Correctional Center on August 7. He was charged with molestation of a juvenile and felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
