The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office is hosting a series of blood drives in August to assist LifeShare Blood Centers in replenishing blood supply. All are invited to help save lives by donating or spreading the word.

DONATION LOCATIONS:

• Monday, Aug. 8 (2 to 6 p.m.) – South Substation – 9956 Mansfield Rd, Keithville
• Thursday, Aug. 11 (1 to 4 p.m.) – North Substation – 11411 LA-1, Oil City
• Tuesday, Aug. 23 (1 to 4 p.m.) – Patrol HQ – 4910 North Market, Shreveport
• Wednesday, Aug. 24 (1 to 4 p.m.) – Patrol HQ – 4910 North Market, Shreveport
• Thursday, Aug. 25 (3:30 to 6 p.m.) – South Substation – 9956 Mansfield Rd, Keithville

"We never get tired of supporting our local blood bank," Sheriff Steve Prator said. "It only takes a few minutes and you can save so many lives."
