Caddo detectives arrested a teenager on Thursday after they found child abuse pornography in his devices, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

During an investigation following a cyber tip, CPSO Cyber Crimes Detective Thomas Lites discovered the teen was in possession of four files of CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material). The teen distributed three of the files. After further investigation, Det. Lites found out the teen asked for and received CSAM files from other people online.

The 16-year-old was arrested, transported, and booked at Juvenile Detention Center for three counts of pornography involving juveniles with intent to distribute and one count of pornography involving juveniles.  

The investigation is ongoing and more charges may be applied.
