One man is dead following a car crash that happened near the intersection of Myra Myrtis and Hwy. 71. on Tuesday, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

Just before 4 p.m., a white Toyota Camry heading northbound on Hwy. 71 left the roadway and crashed into several trees. 

The driver of the vehicle was found dead at the scene.

The coroner and the Caddo Sheriff’s crime scene investigators are still working to find out what caused the crash.
