CADDO PARISH, La. - Detectives have charged a Greenwood man with rape for the sexual assault of a minor, said Sheriff Steve Prator.
Robert Todd, 52, is accused of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13. He was arrested on Wednesday, October 6, following an investigation by Caddo Sheriff’s Detective Chris Ardoin. Todd was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for first-degree rape.
