The Caddo Sheriff's Office is investigating a single-vehicle accident involving an 18-wheeler on I-20 near the Texas state line, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

The rig was headed eastbound when the driver said he dozed off and left the roadway. The 18-wheeler struck a guardrail causing the vehicle to flip onto its side. No injuries were reported.

Currently, all eastbound lanes are closed from Hwy. 80 in Harrison County, Texas, to Exit 3 in Caddo Parish. Crews plan to off-load the contents of the 18-wheeler then upright the vehicle. Road closure updates will be posted to the Caddo Sheriff's Office Facebook page.  

The accident remains under investigation.
