Three women were arrested for stealing from a business where they worked, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

All three were cashiers at a local home improvement store. They are accused of stealing over $24,000 by conducting false returns.

Caddo Sheriff’s Detective Mike King, who investigated the case, said Jasmine Sharnae Page stole $10,489 by pulling old transactions from the system and inputting them as returns. JaQuinesheyea Hines stole $10,012; together stole $3,971.

Page, 27, and Hines, 26, both of Shreveport, were booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for felony theft.

A third suspect, Meko Viverette, 21, of Shreveport, conducted one false transaction for $462. She was issued a summons for misdemeanor theft.
