Caddo Sheriff’s detectives arrested a Keithville man for the sexual assault of a 10-year-old girl, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

Jackie Ray Webb, 60, of the 900  block of Barron Road, was arrested on Friday following an investigation by Det. Jacob Bergren.

Webb was seen inappropriately touching the young girl in a sexual manner earlier this month. The investigation by the Sheriff’s Office determined that similar crimes had occurred on more than one occasion.

Webb was booked into Caddo Correctional Center for sexual battery and indecent behavior with a juvenile.
