UPDATE: This person was located this morning in the parking lot of Cash Magic on Hwy. 1 near Vivian.

ORIGINAL STORY:

Caddo deputies are asking for the public’s help to locate 53-year-old William “Rusty” Walters of Blanchard.

Walters was last seen Monday, March 6, at 7:30 a.m. at the Blanchard Walmart. He was driving a 2010 Chevy Traverse with Louisiana license plate H377941. No foul play is suspected in his disappearance. He has a medical condition, which requires medication.

Walters is a white male, 5’8, 160 lbs., with gray hair and a goatee.
