Caddo Parish residents can pick up sandbags from the Parish Public Works facility at 1701 Monty Street between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. weekdays. Each pick up is limited to 25 bags.

The National Weather Service says northwest Louisiana can expect two to four inches of rainfall through tonight. Flash flooding is possible later today and overnight, with an even greater threat of flooding expected on Wednesday.
