All offices at the Caddo Parish Courthouse will be closed on Fat Tuesday with the exception of the Caddo Sheriff's Office, Assessor's Office, and Parish Facilities and Maintenance. Only the Texas Street entrance and the handicap entrance on Marshall Street will be open. The Francis Bickham Building will also be closed, including the District Attorney's Office and Registrar of Voters Office.
