Caddo Sheriff’s detectives arrested a Keithville man today for the rape of a juvenile under the age of 13, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

Paul D. Harris, 28, was arrested at a house on Merrick Street in Shreveport. He was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for aggravated rape and pornography involving juveniles.

Harris resides in the 10000 block of Doe Ridge Lane in Keithville where he is accused of sexually assaulting a female under the age of 13 earlier this year, according to investigator Detective Jared Marshall. A search of Harris’ cell phone also turned up evidence of pornography involving juveniles. 

Harris remains under investigation.
