Caddo Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a fatal crash that occurred overnight on Woolworth Road, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

 Jerel Joseph Ulrich, 39, of Keithville was driving a 2005 GMC Canyon pickup southbound when he lost control of the vehicle and ran off the road. The vehicle struck a culvert before going airborne and rolling several times. The vehicle and driver were discovered just after 7 this morning by a passerby.

 The crash is under investigation by the Caddo Sheriff’s Traffic Safety Unit and Patrol Division.
