A 50-year-old Shreveport man was arrested by Caddo Sheriff’s detectives on Wednesday for having an inappropriate conversation that was sexual in nature with a 13-year-old girl, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

Bobby Ray Williams, of the 9300 block of Kimberly Road South, was taken into custody at his residence after Detective Trey Keene obtained a warrant for his arrest. Williams was booked into Caddo Correctional Center for indecent behavior with juveniles. His bond was set at $25,000. 

Keene said the conversation between Williams and the juvenile occurred at Williams’ residence. He is a friend of the victim’s family.
