ID theft suspect turns himself in; faces 108 charges

One of the suspected ringleaders in an ID theft case involving fraudulent cable accounts turned himself in at Caddo Correctional Center today, according to Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.
Willie James Jones, 42, of the 5400 block of Shreve Hills North in Shreveport, was booked into jail late this afternoon. He is charged with 107 counts of identity theft and one count of criminal conspiracy.
Six other suspects are in jail, and four remain at large.
