Caddo Sheriff’s detectives have arrested James Hardy Pitman for molestation of a juvenile, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

Sheriff’s Detective Jared Marshall began an investigation after a 9 year old female reported that a family member, James Pitman, had sexually molested her from age 3-6 years old. Based on evidence discovered during the investigation, Detective Marshall was able to obtain an arrest warrant for James Pitman for molestation of a juvenile.

Pitman, 38 was arrested for the warrant in the 1900 block of North Market Street and was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center. His bond was set at $250,000.
