The Caddo Sheriff’s Office will conduct a seatbelt checkpoint Monday, May 26, in south Caddo Parish.

The checkpoint is part of the Click It or Ticket campaign, which is going on nationwide through June 1. High-visibility enforcement like checkpoints and extra patrols are planned to draw attention to the importance of seatbelt usage and safe driving practices.

The checkpoint is funded by a grant from the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission.
