Caddo Sheriff’s Youth Services detectives arrested two men in unrelated cases for illegal sexual behavior with juveniles, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

James Hardy, 69, of Greenwood, was arrested for two counts of sexual battery for illegally touching a 14-year-old female while she visited his residence at 8449 Kelly Lane in April. Hardy was arrested by Detective Jared Marshall and was booked into Caddo Correctional Center.  His bond was set at $50,000.

In a separate case, Detective James Moore arrested Terry Pittman, 33, of Keithville, for molestation of a juvenile and pornography involving juveniles. Pittman is accused of having sex with a juvenile numerous times over the years, beginning when she was 11 years old. During the investigation, Moore seized hard drives and a flash drive belonging to Pittman and recovered numerous videos which contained child pornography.

Pittman was already in CCC after having been arrested earlier by Moore for indecent behavior with a juvenile for sending inappropriate text messages to an underage girl.  His total bond on all three charges is $600,000.  Additional charges could be forthcoming.
