A suspect wanted for illegal behavior with a juvenile was arrested by authorities today in south Shreveport, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

Trent Morgan, 20, was arrested in the 5500 block of Bent Tree after Caddo detectives received information that he may be there with a friend. When deputies arrived at the house, Morgan ran from a backyard shed into the woods.

Detectives were assisted by Caddo Sheriff’s and Shreveport Police patrol and K-9 officers in establishing a perimeter around the area and searching for Morgan. He was located a short while later hiding in an outside structure on a nearby property.

Morgan was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on a warrant for indecent behavior with a juvenile, felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile, and pornography involving a juvenile.He was also charged with resisting an officer and unauthorized entry of a dwelling.

Ramon Bernard Omes III, 19, of Bent Tree Drive, was also arrested and booked into CCC as an accessory after the fact to the following charges: indecent behavior with a juvenile, felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile, and pornography involving a juvenile.

Two others were arrested on Tuesday for accessory after the fact when they failed to turn him over to authorities. They’ve been identified as Elizabeth Jacobe and Zach Calhoun - Morgan’s girlfriend and brother.
