The Caddo Parish Courthouse will be closed on March 4 (Fat Tuesday) with the exception of the Caddo Sheriff’s  and  Tax Assessor’s offices. Visitors to those offices should use the Texas or Marshall Street entrances if conducting business at the courthouse. 

The Francis Bickham Building, which houses the Caddo District Attorney’s Office, Pre-Trial Division, and Registrar of Voters Office, also will be closed.  There will be no court at the Caddo Juvenile Complex; however, the Juvenile Services Offices will be open.
