Caddo Sheriff’s detectives arrested 57-year-old James T. Smiley for indecent behavior with a juvenile.

Smiley, of the 1600 block of Wells Island Road, was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center by Detective James Moore after a Youth Services investigation determined that Smiley had inappropriately touched a 9-year-old girl.

Smiley’s bond was set at $20,287.
