A Vivian man was arrested on Tuesday for sex crimes involving juveniles, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.

Dapatrick Jones, 19, of the 400 block of West Nevada in Vivian, was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on an arrest warrant obtained by Sheriff's Detective James Moore. Jones was arrested for aggravated rape, indecent behavior with a juvenile, and sexual battery.

According to Detective Moore, two victims who are now in their teens said they were sexually assaulted by Jones. The offenses reportedly date back as many as six years and continued until recently. The victims said they were eight and nine years old when they were first assaulted.  

Jones' bond was set at $175,000.
