Two people were arrested by the Caddo-Shreveport Narcotics Task Force today after agents found five meth labs on their property in north Caddo Parish, according to Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator and Shreveport Police Chief Willie Shaw.

Agents went to 4135 Hwy. 169 to investigate a complaint of a possible lab at that location. Upon arrival, a one-pot lab was discovered along with items used to manufacture meth. After further investigation, agents found four more labs, all of which had been used recently to make meth. The labs were found outside hidden in the trash receptacles.

When the suspects returned to their residence during the investigation, they had many of the ingredients needed to make in their vehicle, having just returned from a shopping trip. Also found in the home were written recipes to make meth.

Arrested were Michael Earl Walker, 25, and Jessica Teague, 27. Both were booked into Caddo Correctional Center for creation of a meth lab.
